A Soccer CAMP just for girls RUN BY GIRLS -

It all started with a couple of friends and a dream to create a community of female soccer players in Houston. A community where former professional female soccer players are empowering the next generation of girls to chase their dreams both on and off the field.

Throughout our playing careers, we formed deep relationships and community with our teammates. Frequently during our off-seasons, we stepped into the cage at Toros every week with our friends and teammates, enjoying the game of soccer and supporting/challenging each other. It was so nice to escape from the everyday drills on a full-sized field that we are accustomed to. Playing in the cage facilitated an authentic soccer environment in a tight space which allowed us to better develop our skills under pressure. Our heart is to create the same experience for the next generation of girls through our Girls Empowering Girls Soccer Camps. In December 2019, Bianca Henninger & Rachel Stelter held our inaugural GEG camp. We continue to make these camp camps a frequent occurrence around Houston and are starting to expand to other location. We hope to step onto the field with you soon! Every session INCLUDES:

• Current professional and former professional female coaches

• Fun & competitive small sided games

• Technical work

• Group talks on various topics like national team experience, playing professionally in the US & overseas, injuries, our college experiences, etc.

• Vision training

• Goal setting exercises
